    If your unhappy due to bad health out of your control like i am (heart condition) then reading this book is only going to make you unhappier. I got to page 15 where it told me, the fight flight response is more likely to make us have a heart attack and that the most frightening thing we see is probably a stapler. Clearly this book is wrote by someone who is in good health and quite narrow minded.

    Really enjoyed this book. I have recently left an abusive marriage that I was stuck in for years. The bit about being unable to properly love when you feel fear is so true. I am still scared of what my husband will do. We live in a small town and he knows my every move. But through this book I can see a way forward. Thank you so much. Fiona

    I think this book is pretty amazing and definitely one of the best of its kind. Its different in that it's an open honest account of what the author has learned about happiness and that's it! I can relate to all of it, it's an enjoyable read, not an effort and my favourite thing is that there's no self help questions at the end of each chapter involving pen, paper and navel gazing! Just relating to the authors own account. Brilliant and effective, would recommend!
