  • Need to be an athlete to do the workout!

    The food plan is good, very simple. The training plan is the most boring workout ever.....lots of repetition. 6 rounds of 4 exercises eg, burpees for a whole minute, therefore by the end you’ve done 6 mins of burpees. Totally boring. But effective. Certainly works up a sweat if I can bear to follow it for more than a week.
