    My heart broke in two reading this, I have a son the same age James was when he was taken and murdered and my heart goes out to Denise. What a lovely strong woman she is. I’m so glad she has found happiness at last with Stuart and the boys. We will never ever forget James and I don’t think the public will ever be happy until justice is properly served! Justice for James!

    Such a wonderfully heartfelt book. I am a Liverpool Mum of a similar wage to Denise with a child of the same name and just over a year older than James, I recall the shock of wondering how this could happen in a centre a frequented and within an area I know so well. I’ve been involved in the debates, watched the documentaries and read the media stories. But none of those provide the same depth of understanding the impact this crime had on a city, community, family and mother as that gained from this book. Thank you Denise for giving us this. I am humbled by your strength

    This book has touched my heart, for 25 years James and his family and this horrifying ordeal has stuck with me. I’m so glad I read it, parts I cried and was lost for words, parts I was so proud of Denise and her family, but what they have all achieved in James name makes it really special, I will continue to support Denise in her on going battle for justice. Glad I got to know a little of such a beautiful angel and put a warm happy image in my mind instead of remembering what I’d seen on the news back in 1993. Well done Denise, James will be so proud of all you have done and continue to do.

    I don’t think I have ever cried so much throughout a book even through the moments Denise gets a glimmer of happiness I would cry because I no one should suffer this much pain.     This book has been so hard to read at times but I wanted to hear Denise's story. My heart went out to her the day little James got taken and my heart still does today. I will keep praying that Denise,her family and all the uk gets justice for little James. The system truly did fail her and still Carries on doing so!. JUSTICE FOR JAMES
