    Quite amusing with many notable anecdotes, Alan goes on a journey from Norwich to a power station his father had journeyed to about 50 years prior for a job interview! Alan meets some interesting people along the way and talks to them in a way only Alan can do. Needless to say, he always has the last laugh. To sum it up I’d say this book is “Lovely Stuff”, something Shakin Stevens once said about another of Alan’s books, Bouncing Back. Well worth the read!! 👍
  • Classic Partridge!

    Very clever. As you read, it's as if you are watching him on screen, his words come alive on the page! Just absolutely typical of Alan Partridge, which is completely untypical of anyone else, you never know what is going to happen or send him off into a rant next. Had me belly laughing numerous times, absolute Alan gold!
